Ice-cream is one of the greatest invention in the world. Ice-cream was originated in Persia, where people would freeze grape fruit juice and eat it in summer. There is also speculation that there was ice cream in China and Marco Polo stole the recipe from China to Italy and turned it into Gelato. Regardless what the history is, ice-cream is one of the greatest food ever!!!
