It's quite a simple concept. Love what you do and you will excel in that area. In real life, it's not that easy. People are often allocated to a particular role by the society, family, peers and friends. Needless to say there is financial pressure, family duties etc etc. May be loving what you do is a bit easier. As a person sometimes cannot change what they do, they may as well love what they do and eventually it will become doing what they love.
I feel happy when I do what I love to do.
