Verbal communication can cause so much damage. Sometimes I think if we all can't talk may be it's a good thing. Nothing is more damaging than a verbal abuse. We can do so much good but at the same time so much bad with what we said. Every word I said have to be well thought. I think may be that's the reason why I am speaking less and less at the hospital.
I am happy when I can master the art of verbal communication.
